5-6 cups of ice
One Whole Meyer lemon– take out most seeds
1/2 c of sugar
2 tablespoons of agave nectar
1 cup of water
blend on 3 and work yourself up to 10 but I stayed in the lower numbers most of the time. This was Good simple and a great cooler. The meyer lemon made the ice very attractive yellow color it would go well with Citron Vodka too if you were 21 🙂 I tastes like an upscale Del’s Lemonade. Just add more sugar if you like it sweeter but the Meyer lemon is already quite sweet so not much sugar was needed.
